Our curriculum includes an emphasis on community that includes belonging to a community and giving back. 

Monroe Foundation, Inc.'s mission is to support and advance the goals of the Catholic Schools of Fairbanks. The goal of these schools is to graduate well-educated, compassionate thinkers. 

CSF offers pre-K through 12th grade to families from a variety of socioeconomic backgrounds. The schools value and teach the importance of community and service. All of our students participate in community service projects throughout their years at the Catholic Schools of Fairbanks. Here are some of the larger projects we do as a school: Each year, on the day before Thanksgiving, our students go out into the community and volunteer at a variety of non-profits. During the week before Easter, our students deliver Easter baskets to shut-ins. Student volunteer tasks include coaching youth soccer to helping at our local hospital.

Our building is used by many non-profit groups including Mothers Against Drunk Drivers, Boy Scouts, Sweet Adelines (choir group) and Relay for Life.
