Kindred Souls Foundation provides adoption services, spay/neuter, feral cat TNR, and has created innovative programs to help the animals most often killed in shelters (i.e., the geriatric, medically fragile, feral kittens); Senior Companion, Palliative & Hospice Care, and Long Term Care programs. These programs also serve our vulnerable human populations to include senior citizens, victims of domestic violence, and low income people.

Our annual Foundation awareness event is a summer picnic at Ft Steilacoom Park (June 14). Adoptive families, KSF animal companion caregivers, volunteers and supporters are celebrated on this day. Dogs are welcome and can participate in our dog contests! 

Our annual Foundation fundraiser is a stair climb race at the iconic Stadium High School Bowl (Aug 3). 'Unleashed at Stadium Bowl' started in 2011 and has grown significantly over the years. John Curley will return as our Master of Ceremonies and Vicci Martinez will sing the National Anthem accompanied by Emily Ann Peterson on cello.
