a. To promote the civic, culture, social and moral welfare of the community.
b. To encourage service-minded people to serve their community without personal financial reward, and to promote high ethical standards in all public and private endeavors.
c. To raise funds for charitable activities and organizations.
d. To unite its members in the bonds of friendship, fellowship and understanding.
e. To support the ideals and programs of the International Association of Lions Clubs, Lions Multiple District 19, and Lions District 19N
We have awarded over $150,000 in Scholarships to seniors in the Federal Way School District. We deliver over 400 English & Spanish dictionaries to 3rd graders at 5 local elementry school each year. additional activities that this club provides to the community each year: 1) Fishing Derby for special need kids 2) Clean-up at the community senior center on MLK day of service 3) Collect for recycling eyeglasses & hearing aids from the community 4) Clean up at a local pond in the community. 5) Conduct a Make Music Festival on the summer solstice June 21.
