For over 125 years, Annie Wright Schools have provided a distinctive, academic education, first for the daughters of the pioneers of the Pacific Northwest and, more lately, for the sons and daughters of Tacoma, the United States and the wider world. The needs of both boys and girls are met through the preschool
through eighth grade Day School, while the Upper School's full boarding, five-day boarding and day programs serve only girls from ninth to twelfth grade. The pioneering nature of Annie Wright endures through the honoring of our history and traditions while looking to the future.
