So many Animals in Need- Fantastic community service. The rescue helps family in need for their pets, finds forever homes for animals, update all shots along with spay/neuters all animals before they are adopted out. All volunteers, foster homes only, no facility, dependent on donations
Thank you, TOTE, for supporting science, art, and cultural learning experiences at the UA Museum of the North! Your support of UAMN Family Days celebrates the joy of exploration and creates opportunities where intergenerational learning thrives in our community. We are so grateful!
Thank you so much to Tote Maritime for sponsoring our Sound the Alarm Campaign in FY23 in the Alaska Region with the American Red Cross. With your help, we succeeded in installing over 900 free tamper resistant smoke alarms in homes all over the state and provided home fire disaster relief assistance to hundreds of community members. Thank you for your continued support and funding!
On behalf of the Federal Way Lions Club and Foundation, we would like to THANK the Tote Alaska Maritime organization for their generous donation of $500 to our community fundraiser. This event raises money for scholarships given to graduating seniors from the Federal Way School district. Students from under resourced neighborhoods or with limited funds are especially pleased with the help they receive from this program.
TOTE was recognized on all fliers for car seat safety check up events in 2022 and has also been shared on our fliers for the first events of 2023. We appreciate your support since this program is entirely supported by philanthropy. Your gifts make driving safer for toddlers, kids, and infants. Thank you! I've tried attaching the photo several times and it keeps getting an error message regardless of the file type I use. I have emailed Milena Sevigny the photo. Thanks!
We are incredibly grateful for the match! I plan to share an impact story with you 1:1 shortly in the new year!
TOTE Maritime Alaska has long supported Fairbanks' Emergency Service Patrol, whose job it is to manage the intensive needs of Fairbanks' chronically inebriated and homeless people, to take them from public spaces, if they're intoxicated or incapacitated, to an appropriate point of medical or clinical care. The City of Fairbanks LOVES the ESP program because the ESP handles many non-criminal and non-emergent situations so that the City's Emergency Services don't have to. TOTE also supports the Midnight Sun Festival, Alaska's largest single-day event, which is popular with visitors and locals alike. I feel that the breadth of TOTE's support in downtown - from social safety net to a fun summer event - shows that TOTE supports Fairbanks in a variety of ways.
Western Rivers Conservancy is grateful for Tote Maritime Alaska’s contribution to support our conservation efforts on Kennedy Creek to ensure this special stream stays healthy for salmon and remains a vibrant outdoor classroom for school communities throughout the Puget Sound.
Thank you TOTE for your donation to the Loving Families program. This donation helped us launch a rotating shelter for homeless families in the Fairbanks area.
On behalf of the American Red Cross of Alaska we would like to say thank you for supporting our Home Fire campaign in which we are providing and installing free smoke alarms in people's homes. Your $2500 donation last fiscal year in support of the efforts in the Interior of Alaska helped us to install 750 alarms in homes in Fairbanks, North Pole, and Delta! You have been a part of giving our friends and neighbors a fighting chance if the unthinkable happens. Thank you!
Thank you for your continued support! Because of donors like you, 839,000 meals were served to hungry neighbors, family and friends on the Kenai Peninsula.
This will greatly assist our educational programming - many, many thanks!!
Our heartfelt thanks for your continued support of UAF! It is much appreciated.
The Alaska Humanities Forum would like to thank Totem Ocean Trailer Express for your generous contribution of $5,000 to support our Leadership Anchorage program. This unique leadership development experience integrates lessons of the humanities within the context of Alaska’s cultures and communities to address the leadership challenges within our state. Our program selects established and emerging leaders who are prepared to deepen their leadership capabilities, develop strong relationships through the experiential learning and mentoring process, and ultimately help us navigate our state through the challenges and opportunities which lie ahead. The Forum greatly appreciates TOTE’s focus on strengthening community by recognizing the importance of developing strong leaders and civically engaged citizens. Below are some of the comments graduates and the program manager have shared: - “Leadership Anchorage is a journey of self-discovery and transformation that unleashes the leadership abilities of each participant.” Chellie Skoog, Foraker Group, LA Alumni Council Chair - “Leadership Anchorage provided me with not only lessons in the humanities, but the network and knowledge from various community leaders who shared their life long experiences – sort of passing the torch.” Jason Metrokin, Bristol Bay Native Corp. - “Leadership Anchorage engages people from all backgrounds to create a stronger community, supporting personal transformation and accelerating community impact.” Kitty Farnham, Program Manager Thank you again for your generous support. The Alaska Humanities Forum looks forward to engaging TOTE in our Leadership Anchorage program activities and events.
