Your administrative dashboard tracks all the employee matching gift transaction requests including the ability to view how the donation was originally made by the employee (offline or by credit card through GivingTrax). When ready, simply approve the matching gift request and check out by credit card or pay your portion by paper check.

Employees who make an offline donation to an eligible organization, may submit the request for the employee matching gifts program through GivingTrax. To do so, the employee visits your company page, then clicks on the option to submit a request, chooses matching gifts and attaches the receipt showing their original donation.
Reporting at Your Fingertips
You can easily view data for your entire company or filter to any desired location, department or division. Interactive graphical reports provide a visual experience. To view underlying data, click on an area in the chart. You can even export the resulting data to Excel.
Graphical reporting also allows you to view total donations made through matching gifts by types of causes. You can even compare your own corporate philanthropy patterns to the cumulative data for employee giving programs.
