IN-KIND SPONSORSHIP
This type of sponsorship is for organizations that are holding an auction, need a door prize, or are hosting some other type of fundraiser. For this type of sponsorship there is an application that needs to be completed in addition to a W-9, Taxpayer Identification Request. Must be a 501c non-profit organization.
Note: Spirit Mountain does not donate to youth groups, schools, churches or political organizations.
Please review the eligibility criteria below and prepare the necessary attachments prior to starting your application:
1. Spirit Mountain Casino does not accept applications from youth organizations, churches or political parties.
2. The organization/association seeking a sponsorship must be a 501c non-profit organization and must complete a Taxpayer Identification Number Request certifying that you are a tax-exempt, non-profit entity.
3. Only one (1) sponsorship request from an organization is considered per calendar year (January through December).
4. A sponsorship request may be submitted at any time and is reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis.
5. If approved, your organization/group will receive one or more gift certificates for services or goods to be provided at Spirit Mountain Casino. The gift certificates will be honored up to six months starting from the date of your organization’s event.
6. Should your request be declined, you will receive written notice.
7. Please allow 45 days for us to process your Sponsorship Request Form. 8. This Sponsorship Request Application and Taxpayer Identification Number Request must be complete to be considered for sponsorship.
By submitting this application and supporting documents you agree that you have read the above conditions and are an authorized representative of the organization listed.
Special Instructions:
Please complete the requested documents to attach before starting the application. You will need the recipient organization's signed IRS W-9 form and their 501(C)(3 ) certification letter.
