Limitations

Because of the large volume of requests, monetary sponsorships are limited, and we are unable to provide cash, catering, or food donations. Black Bear Diner reserves the right to approve or decline any donation request.

Application

This site manages requests for company-owned diners. If your preferred diner is franchise-owned, it will not be listed. Please contact them directly.
Please make requests 30 days in advance of your event.
You will be notified of our decision by email within two weeks and informed whether your gift will be emailed or sent through the postal service.
Due to the high volume of requests, please do not contact us to check on the status.

Black Bear Diner is firmly committed to supporting the communities we serve on local, national and international level. We regularly partner with local non-profit organizations as well Make-A-Wish of America® and, through our Bears Brew Back program, fund projects to improve the lives of the Nicaraguan communities that grow our delicious coffee. Founded in 1995 by Bruce Dean and Bob Manley in Mt. Shasta, California, Black Bear Diner brings home-style comfort food classics and personal service to the dining experience. The quickly growing family dining concept, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, offers a vast, enticing menu anchored in hearty portions and excellent value, with service rooted in genuine hospitality.
